I sent my item in for the Diagnostis service, didn't hear anything back for a few days so I asked for an update and was told the issue could not be identified and I had to either pay for the return postage (£7.90) or I could opt to have my headphones recycled. I paid the postage, received my headphones back and was quite shocked to see the packaging I had originally sent them in had not even been opened - no wonder the source the required parts for the repair could not be identified. The Diagnostics was clearly not done and I paid £7.90 for nothing. Would not recommend.

Use Electronic Partners for a first class service. Easy-to-use system for me to communicate and explain the problem with my B&O Play Bluetooth Speaker. Here's how it works ... a) they sent me a prepaid label for me to post it to them, b) they diagnosed the fault, c) they told me how much it would be, d) I paid, e) they fixed it, f) they posted it back to me in very robust packing materials. Really good service from start to finish. As soon as they received my Bose Wave they gave me a quote for what they could see was necessary to repair it. I was happy with the quote so paid the bill and within a week they confirmed it was in full working order and returned it to me. I am now able to enjoy playing CD's of my choice with the usual Bose amazing sound.

Excellent job done on our Nintendo Switch Lite (replaced screen and joysticks). There is a good automatic communication system in place so you always know at what stage your repair is at. The only reason it gets 4 not 5 stars is that the process took about a month from sending to getting back. If it could have been done in two weeks, I would have given 5.

I chipped my Fitbit Sense watch face and was told no-one repaired them. Contacted Electronic Partners and they said they could. Sent it off and it was back in 5 days in perfect working order. Great efficient service. Highly recommended
