My nephew was looking for a bed set and we had a great experience at JaxCo. Sales associates are super nice and they have a good variety of quality furniture to choose from. I knew what piece of furniture I wanted when I entered the showroom. After looking around I found the perfect piece, a sideboard, which I fell in love with. The salesperson, Latoya, who was assisting me, saw me eyeing this piece and came over and we discussed price and delivery. Delivery is scheduled for Friday, which is awesome. I liked the fact that the salesperson did not hover over you while looking, and when she saw me stop at a particular piece, then she came over to assist me. The whole process is quick and simple, and I walked out a very satisfied customer. Next time I need any furniture, I know exactly where to go and who to ask for. Thank you Latoya Gaiter.

We are really, really happy with our purchase. Everyone was so nice, even the delivery guys! The first time I visited the store, I didn't buy anything and didn't feel pressured to do so. The second time, I came back intending to buy, and we worked with Carlie. She was amazing. We left with the cutest couch and a good deal! We love the sectional! And it fits our space so well. It’s well-made and I absolutely love the pillows that came with it. Thanks, JaxCo!

The sales associate's name was Carlie. She was amazing. She was patient and knew where to find any questions we had. She was NEVER pushy and allowed us to look around and find what we wanted. Once we found what we wanted, she was able to get pricing and store options. Amazing customer service.
