Love the aerial yoga classes! Gotten into silks too and it's really fun! It's great how the instructors break moves down and help correct you if you miss a step or how to get into the move properly.

I love elevate! I found elevate when I was looking for a group activity for my bachelorette party and we booked a private class. It was so fun, everyone had such a fun time and it was a great unique group activity. I loved it so much I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. I did a few foundations classes but ultimately fell in love with their flow to restore classes and their Sunday reset series. I go maybe 3-4 times a week and it’s truly the highlight of my week. It’s so rare to have a 3rd place and I feel like elevate has become that for me. Everyone, from instructors to fellow students is super friendly and it’s a very approachable environment. As someone with a lot of anxiety around group classes, elevate has really made me feel so comfortable, and welcome. I’ve been going for about 6 months now and can’t wait to try more classes! If you’re thinking about trying aerial yoga, this is your sign to!

Elevate Yoga & Wellness made my birthday unforgettable! I booked a 1-hour private aerial yoga party for 10 ladies, and it was an incredible experience. Our instructor, Julie, was absolutely phenomenal! She guided us through every move, making us feel comfortable and confident with the silks, even as complete beginners. We loved the challenge and felt like naturals by the end! We're already looking forward to taking more classes.

So glad I found Elevate when I moved to Phoenix!! They're a super authentic, community-centred studio that makes everyone feel welcome and looked after. I go for both aerial yoga and aerial skills classes, and both are excellent! Special shoutout to instructors Jess, Brenda and Charley who lead some of my favourite classes - you're all phenomenal! But all instructors I've had have been great.

Elevate is the best studio! I have been going here for almost 6 months now and truly love the community of students, instructors, and owners! It’s a fantastic environment to learn and grow without judgment! Everyone is so supportive and builds each other up constantly! I would highly recommend the studio whether you are complete beginner or a seasoned aerial arts/yoga practitioner. They have the perfect class for you!
