Here’s to trying new places in the new year! SOC is less than 2 miles from home and never been here. I hit the Thursday/6:30 pm class taught by Justin & it was just right. Super chill. This class can be challenging if you choose to…per the instructor: “do it or don’t.” LMAO. Loved the space & vibe & so appreciated setting up next to a friendly regular who I could follow when I wasn’t sure what the pose was. I dig the community/neighborhood feel too!

I’ve never really been a workout girly and always haaated the gym but forced myself to go anyway. I was having brunch across the street one day and saw a bunch of people walking with yoga mats in this direction and decided to check it out. Signed up for the 2 week intro and now I’m hooked. While it’s a little more pricey than the gym, I think it’s worth every penny. So clean, welcoming and convenient. The classes are all different enough to keep it interesting but consistent enough to keep pushing you. Everyone from the instructors to the patrons are all so nice. I look forward to coming here for barre 3 times a week. It’s nice that they offer spin and yoga into the membership as well so you get more variety for your money. So happy to have stumbled upon sweatshop! Thanks for getting me excited to workout.

If you haven't been here yet, you need to. It's so wonderful, peaceful, clean, and have the most incredible staff. 😍 I absolutely love it here! My favorite is when Emily is there for Sound Healing. It is a remarkable experience, and she is one of the best. Thank you for a great evening, there was no place else I wanted to be. Just adding to my review. I so enjoyed my time here yesterday, and can't wait for the next time. It gives me something to look forward to. 🥰🥰 There aren't words to express the amount of joy I get coming here.

Such a great studio! Popped in on a weekend visit to Phoenix and had a fabulous class with Emma. The space is clean and beautiful. Vibe is warm and energetic. And the yoga was an amazing start to the day. Definitely stop by and sweat a bit. You’ll be so glad.

Attended Sat 10am spin class with Rachel for the first time. The workout is Amazing!! Today we ride with the Micheal Jackson theme, classic, many sprints and core strengthen exercise. Love the music, loved the spirits ~ I’ll definitely be a regular, thank you Rachel !
