Jesse is amazing !!! He was super respectful and helpful. He gave me amazing tips for our future trips to Santa Cruz. He also offered my students ice cold waters with no hesitation! The bus we really clean, offered WiFi and movies for my students. We will be requesting our district to book him going forward!

Well Elite Charters and Tours really let my granddaughter down today on her 1st school field trip !!!! How do you send a bus out that supposedly has had a mandatory maintenance check ahead of time ???? Or did Elite send a bus that hadn’t had a maintenance check ?? Well way to go elite left all dem babies heart broken 💔 and parents that rode ahead and took the day off from work etc.. very disappointed ☹️ 🤯🤬😡😤☹️!!! I do not recommend this charter bus to be used for any school trips .

Kindergarten student were left stranded causing they're very 1st field trip to me canceled, due to this company sending out a bus with a check engine light that didn't even leave the school parking lot before breaking down
