I purchased 4 tickets with Fresno Tours back in July, I called them last week to see what options I had because I wont be able to fly because of a critical illness. They told me my only option was to change the name. I mentioned to them that Ive had heard that theres refunds if theres proper doctors documentation and they kept saying no. The lady that took my call at fresno tours was no help and had a rude attitude. What had me furious was the she hung up on me. Volaris sent me a full elecrtronic refund!! Fresno Tours didnt want to help me with the cancellation, all they care about is the sales not their customers!! Do not purchase tickets from them. If youre thinking about purchasing from Fresno Tours dont, just go purchase the tickets directly from Volaris.
