We hired Elysian Events Catering for a large-scale Black Law Student convention, and they exceeded expectations from start to finish. Coordinating food service for a high-volume event is no small task, but their team handled it with impressive professionalism and efficiency. Communication leading up to the event was clear and efficient. The food quality was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and prepared on time. Attendees frequently commented on how good the meals were, which is always a win at a convention. Dietary restrictions and special requests were handled thoughtfully. What truly stood out was the organization. Their attention to detail and ability to adapt our requests made a big difference in the overall success of the convention. I would absolutely recommend them for any large-scale or high-pressure event and would not hesitate to work with them again.

We hosted an event for about 30 people using Elysian Events in December. They provided us very thorough and upfront information, gave input and recommendations at every step of the way but were never pushy or demanding, and their service during the actual event was great. We had great food, great drinks, everyone loved having the choice of a seasonal mocktail in addition to the batched cocktails, and the team's hospitality was terrific. We will definitely use them again when we host!

Elysian was truly a dream come true! The food was phenomenal, people kept coming up to me all night for our wedding raving about how delicious the food and drinks were. They had us come in for a tasting a few months before and we were blown away by their assortment of options and their dedication to serving such yummy food. All in all the service was perfect and we loved everything about them. Above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!

They catered my wedding and they were phenomenal! The food was so good, everyone said it was the best Gumbo they've ever had. They were willing to work with me as far as dietary restrictions - I really wanted impossible sliders and Elysian made it happen. Their servers and bar tenders were friendly, and for dessert they fried beignets fresh on sight! I literally cannot think of a single complaint - I'd hire them for any event!

Elysian Events catered my wedding last summer and I'm still dreaming about their mac & cheese! As an out-of-state bride I was nervous about catering, but Chad and Jen were a delight to work with. They were both so patient and accommodating, answering my questions incredibly promptly and helping me coordinate rentals. They even came up with custom vegetarian options. My guests raved about the food and cocktails, and it was all beautifully presented. The Elysian team were all around amazing!
