My company orders catering from them every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Ms. Rachel Rodriguez was my contact, and she helped me figure out the portions sizes and was very patient as I made some last minute changes (Rachel, I ordered too much, LOL)! The food was delivered on time, hot, and the delivery driver was very professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing and everyone was stuffed! Thank you, Ms. Rachel, the talented kitchen staff, and delivery drivers for making our Thanksgiving luncheon fantastic. Happy Holidays to everyone at Pigeon!

We hired Pigeon catering for a funeral repast, the service and quality was top notch from start to finish. The food was delicious and the pricing was pretty fair. Miss Pigeon and her team were punctual, the set up and break down was fast and the guests were raving about the food and service. They took care of everything, the staff was checking on our guest very often and the whole process felt flawless honestly. I will probably only be using them from now on for any future events

We used Pigeon Catering for our recent family reunion, From the start, Kara C., Director of Sales, was professional and organized. Her communication was excellent, and she truly cared about making our event a success. On the day of the reunion, Kara and her team delivered not only delicious, high-quality food but also outstanding service. Everything was beautifully presented, served on time, and enjoyed by all. They helped make our reunion memorable, and we are so grateful. Highly recommended!

We had an appointment with Lauren Pigeon to look at the gallery in hopes to book the venue for our wedding. She said she would send us a proposal with prices later that day and we never received it. When we reached out to her and asked for the proposal, she then requested to look at another venue proposal to compare the 2 before she could send us ours. Which is weird in itself. We then messaged her the next day and she completely ghosted us and never responded. Too bad because this venue was gorgeous and was our number 1 venue we wanted to book. Such horrible business practice considering how well established pigeon catering is in nola. Very disappointed.
