My yoga practice has greatly improved since starting classes at Embark. I am stronger, and have been far less prone to injury than I usually am. The instructors are amazing, and accommodate what works for you. I love the reminders of “it’s just yoga, we don’t need to take it so seriously” when there are more difficult poses. For me it’s kind of like the show Cheers: when everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came.
I love my classes at Embark Studio the intimate setting and relaxed atmosphere is above any other studio I have attended in the past. The classes are well instructed and give alternatives based on your personal skill level. Each class is uniquely different with much thought into keeping things fresh. Highly recommend 😊
I’ve had such a great experience at Embark! I’ve done regular yoga, and mommy&baby yoga with Kylie, she is wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable. I always feel so peaceful when I’m there. I also had an amazing massage at Embark. And now they have an app!! So much faster to book classes :)!
Embark is an absolute treasure of a wellness studio. I was seeing Erin for physio and added on yoga to further expand and maintain my mobility. I started out at the Monday night yoga class and I was instantly hooked, it felt like stepping into a little pocket of calm and comfort. The space is warm, cozy, and instantly grounding—exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for when you’re trying to reconnect with yourself. What truly makes this studio special though, is Kylie. She has a way of supporting every yoga student, with so much genuine care. She creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and included. It’s not just a class—it’s a community.
