I learned of their services through overhearing a satisfied customer beam about how they'd removed all of the dings, dents, scratches, and imperfections from her SUV at a reasonable price. Someone's kid swung their car door open, knocked a dent into my rear passenger door. At the time I said nothing about it to the mother, just figured she didn't have the money for damage repair and wanted to give mercy to her and the child. I road with the dent to my car for years, picked up a couple more knicks and scratches over the years so when I overheard the excited gloating about Empire Dent & Body I decided I wanted my auto repaired and noted down the business name. Do yourself a favor and take your automobile to Empire Dent & Body! You won't regret it.

The work they did on my vehicle was nothing short of amazing — every dent, scratch, and flaw was expertly repaired, and the final result looked showroom-new. A special shout-out to Gabriel, who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and keeping me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine care for customers — Gabriel is truly a standout! Empire Dent and Body sets the standard for quality work and customer service. If you want a team that treats your vehicle with precision and care — and treats you with respect and honesty — look no further. This is hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop.

Empire Dent and Body is an incredible shop! After getting pummeled with hail over memorial day weekend, they were able to repair my vehicle and make it look like nothing ever happened. Throughout the process Gabe was very informative and let me know what was going on throughout. There were a couple of minor scratches as a result of the PDR, but the shop made it right and got them all cleaned up. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the shop, quality of the work, and most importantly the customer service. I would take my vehicle here over any other shop between El Paso and Alamogordo, NM! Seriously, thank you for helping me get through this as painlessly as possible!
