I learned of their services through overhearing a satisfied customer beam about how they'd removed all of the dings, dents, scratches, and imperfections from her SUV at a reasonable price. Someone's kid swung their car door open, knocked a dent into my rear passenger door. At the time I said nothing about it to the mother, just figured she didn't have the money for damage repair and wanted to give mercy to her and the child. I road with the dent to my car for years, picked up a couple more knicks and scratches over the years so when I overheard the excited gloating about Empire Dent & Body I decided I wanted my auto repaired and noted down the business name. Do yourself a favor and take your automobile to Empire Dent & Body! You won't regret it.

We went to Empire due to their BBB rating. They were very reasonable and they did an excellent job. We needed repair work on our vehicle but decided to get an estimate to have the entire vehicle repainted. So glad we had it done. They did excellent repair and painting work and we are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend them. We worked with Gabriel and he was was excellent and cked with us often. We r Happy customers.

My brother recommended this place. It definitely didn’t disappoint. They did a great job at fixing my dent. The customer service is great and their work is flawless. They did a great job in paint matching. Michael was very helpful and professional. Definitely will be recommending them.

Empire Dent and Body is an incredible shop! After getting pummeled with hail over memorial day weekend, they were able to repair my vehicle and make it look like nothing ever happened. Throughout the process Gabe was very informative and let me know what was going on throughout. There were a couple of minor scratches as a result of the PDR, but the shop made it right and got them all cleaned up. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the shop, quality of the work, and most importantly the customer service. I would take my vehicle here over any other shop between El Paso and Alamogordo, NM! Seriously, thank you for helping me get through this as painlessly as possible!
