Couldn’t have been a better experience. Louis and the entire Empire Party Rentals team were amazing from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, incredibly accommodating - even when our schedule changed last minute - and made everything seamless. Pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend and will absolutely use them again.

Empire Rentals is the absolute best! They have taken care of my Annual Fall Fest family event at Compass On The Bay Memory Care Assisted Living in South Boston for the past couple of years. Louis and his team are a dream to work with. They have everything for our party needs, and have rates that other companies can't beat. The team is knowledgeable and professional, with that small family feel. The equipment is always clean and pristine. They are very communicative and easy to get a hold of. The time frames are always on point. They make delivery and pick-up such a breeze and will always make sure that things are set up in a timely manner for your event. I will go back to Empire Party Rentals time and time again!
