I had my first session with Allan yesterday, and it was awesome! His knowledge and experience was very evident, and I loved the pace of the workout, and the different types of exercises he had me do. I'm sore today, but in all the right places. Already looking forward to my next session, and I can't wait to see the results soon! Overall great fitness experience with sessions that provided excellent results, inclusive of flexible scheduling and coaching/guidance for both inside and outside studio time. Allan is a very "educated" trainer. He constantly goes on training sessions, is part of the best trainers in North America, is an athlete himself and a wonderful person.
