We couldn't be happier with the final product. Everyone we dealt with at Ergeon was extremely professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Even during the final walkthrough we did have 2 or 3 minor changes that we wanted, and the installers didn't hesitate to provide solutions before I even got off the phone with the project manager. I definitely recommend Ergeon and will be using them again if we ever need work done in the future.

Incredible customer service. They set up a video call to review the fence gates I needed repaired when I reached out, didn't even need to wait for an appointment. After reviewing the gates, he actually recommended using a handyman and my own supplies to save money. The opposite of an upsell! He followed up with a text on the specific materials I would need for the job. Just very helpful and friendly, will be looking to use them on future projects.

The process to gain an estimate with outstanding. I love the fact that I can just call in on a video call and show what I need to get done. And this Google Drive, looking up the address, genius! I really appreciate this approach. I don't have to wait around for a bunch of things for a few days and everything was clear. And I got a clear estimate, great job.

UPDATE: Ergeon came out right away to fix everything and I am quite satisfied now. I appreciate them responding so quickly. Excellent follow-through! Thank you! UPDATE: Not Satisfied! I have called and emailed several times for them to come fix their mistakes and finish the job, but nobody is responding. I will not recommend them. The quote process with Ergeon was great! Alberto was so helpful and professional. This whole experience was wonderful! Thank you!

Alejandro and team did a beautiful job on our fence! They were very polite and friendly the whole time and communicated with us very well throughout the whole process. They were challenged with rain for two of the three days it took them to build the fence, but they still arrived on time and did the best they could in the rainy conditions. They were able to complete the fence in the three day time frame that they gave us, even though they were challenged by the rain. Once the fence was completed, they cleaned everything up really well, and left us with an amazing fence! Hernan was our project manager, and he did a good job of explaining everything to us before and during the construction. Nic was also amazing in the starting phase of measuring our fence and giving us an initial quote. She was very friendly and explained to us step by step what to expect. If you’re looking for a fence, I would look no further! Ergeon Fences is the way to go, hands down!
