I had a great experience with Water Workz pressure washing services. Derrick, the owner, is an outstanding guy who really takes pride in his work. From the start he was upfront, honest, and easy to deal with, which I really appreciated. The quality of the pressure washing was excellent and everything looked noticeably cleaner when he finished. It’s clear that Derrick cares about doing the job right and making sure his customers are happy. Derek and Leroy replenished our parking lot to brand new!!! The property was neglected for over 20 years until management was replaced. I hired Water Workz power washing after inquiring a quote for power washing of our parking lot with HOT water. Roughly, 32,000 sq ft of parking lot in Dallas was completely black and trashed. Having the proper tools and equipment to clean this parking lot with their Landa machine made the outcome incredibly impressive to see first hand. Derek kept me posted on the process during the small delta of time it took. It is super easy to get a hold of them to receive a quote and get this project scheduled. In and out in less than 10 hours with 1 machine and 2 people on the job. Quite impressive I must say. Is worth the cost, yes, the parking lot looks day and night different. It's not smelly and trashed any longer. I have used Water Workz power washing services on my home years ago with perfect results. Only thing, I wish, I knew about these guys sooner for our commercial properties. Thank you Derek!!!

I would highly recommend Water Workz power washing! I choose WW for many positive and very important reasons to improve our commercial spaces. I myself, am a pressure washer enthusiast and love pressure washing. To bad I am to old & have had many years of experience in the industry. Its time to let some of the younger generation take on what I left off doing. Derek and his old school hard working ethics is what will let him achieve. I can see he has great passion and workmanship towards the industry. I wanted a long time, professional, know what they are doing without baby sitting and making sure the job was done correct. Therefore, I choose Water Workz to proceed with my requested work. I also inquired about window cleaning & gutter cleaning and was provided detailed knowledgeable answers to my questions. Knowing these guys know their stuff as they do this for a living. Not once, from any moment let alone from Water Workz did I feel as if they were condescending or snarky toward me with my questions and their response. Knowing Derek probably gets asked some of the basic questions daily in and out always responding to me in a timely manner, to which, I never felt as if he was in a hurry or felt like I was “bothering him” with my questions.
