Highly recommend Erica and her team!! Erica was with us through our home sale and beyond, making sure we were taken care of every step of the way! She came to inspect our home and gave us her thoughts on pricing and timeline. With all confidence, even during the holidays, she said "I can sell this home in 2 weeks"... Well, she didn't make the 2 weeks, instead, she had a great offer for us in 6 days! She answered any questions we had, suggested a mover (who is also awesome), got our sale done in a matter of 3 weeks from list to close. Could not ask for more!

I would like to highly recommend Michelle Gurney as a real estate agent. She is kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. She is honest and willing to address any issues that arise during the transaction of home selling/purchasing. Even when situations get trying, she is still very patient and understanding. She does her very best to make sure that her clients are satisfied with their purchase and will fight to get what her client wants and needs.
