I was looking for a life coach for my 26yr. old daughter. I wanted someone that could meet her where she was in life & then help her to see a future that she could begin. Someone to help her bring out her confidence to start the life she could find joy in. Help her launch off in adulthood. Erin was the perfect coach for my daughter. She did all that & more. She did it with strategy, compassion, trust & encouragement.

Working with Erin Sur has honestly been life-changing. I went to her because I was struggling with confidence and being transparent with the person I work for. Right from the start, Erin made me feel completely understood and safe. She didn’t just give me tips or quick fixes—she helped me understand why I think and react the way I do by using the Enneagram. It was like everything finally started making sense. She has this amazing way of breaking things down so they actually click. Through her guidance, I’ve been able to let go of so much self-doubt. Now, I can have honest and open conversations with my boss without all the fear and second-guessing. My confidence has grown in ways I didn’t think were possible, and it’s had a ripple effect on other areas of my life too. Erin is kind, approachable, and just really good at what she does. She has a way of seeing the real you and helping you see it too. If you’re on the fence about coaching or working on yourself, just do it. Erin has completely changed the way I see myself and how I show up in the world, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

We recently had a few Enneagram sessions with Erin after taking the enneagream test and she provided great insights into the different types. The time with Erin helped our group self-reflect about their types and better use their strengths to communicate. Everyone enjoyed the time spent during the session and she allowed for Q&A to make the trainings more effective.

Our team recently had an Enneagram Session with Erin and we absolutely loved it! I reached out to Erin a month prior to our meeting and she was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process! She was very responsive and provided numerous options on the best way to lead our 2 hour session of 19 team members. Enneagram was new to some of our team members and Erin went with the flow when it came to answering our questions and spending more time in certain areas. Our team returned back to work and I can tell it is making a difference! We are reminding each other of our styles, looking at our workbooks/notes and using the test with more team members to help us continue to develop greater bonds and stronger connections. We appreciate Erin and the time she spent with us! Luckily we were local so we were able to meet with her in person but the offer of remote was there too - which is great!!

I strongly recommend Erin Sur as a Life Coach. She recently helped a member on my team and did an amazing job of effectively balancing the needs of the organization and client.
