I came in to address a concern, and your Direct Sales Manager, Nathan Monzon, assisted me with great professionalism and care. Nathan took the time to listen to my situation, understand my concerns, and ensure they were handled promptly. I truly appreciate his dedication and the fact that the matter was resolved in less than 24 hours. His patience, respect, and attention made a big difference. Slightly disappointed all of the 5 lb rubber coated add-ons are missing at 59th Avenue and Thunderbird, one person told me that they were probably all stolen, overnight, the person before him that I asked stated he knew nothing about it so we walked around and I showed him and he said he knew nothing about it somebody's got to know something but I guess information is not being passed up or down makes it hard to hit the ideal weight give or take a pound or a pound and a half up or down, hope when you're doing your weight and to use the machine you have to go 5 pounds up or 5 lb down that doesn't help too much, just sad, I guess the answer is oh well get over it ! Overall to me Ted is one of the best instructors because not only does he have a lot of knowledge he also is constantly in here working out so he has experience and when you combine those two it always comes out to equal wisdom is still a great gym to come to, it's still sad that the lights in the men's locker room haven't been on all week so far the people I've asked don't know how to turn them back on not sure what that says 🤔💪🏻🦵🏻👑🇺🇲
I am not a local. I visit a lot of gyms all over the country. This gym is fantastic. Great staff! The gym is spacious and very clean. They have 10 squat racks with lifting platforms and 2 more squat racks that don't have a lighting platform. Plenty of equipment. I came in on Monday morning at 8 and there was no waiting for any of the equipment I wanted to use. This will be my go to gym every time I am in the Glendale area!
First time working out at EoS Fitness. I’ve been exploring gyms around the area and this by far has been the best experience! As soon as I walked in DeSa greeted me so positively, I was new so she was a great help guiding me to the right person. I then spoke with Parker about the memberships at EoS. All so versatile and inviting for all types of gym people. As we were going over the gym amenities, I had the pleasure of meeting the GM Jonathan. He was so accommodating, relatable, understanding and easy to talk to. Already meeting 3 incredible inviting employees has really drawn me to this gym. Highly recommend trying this gym out if you’re a local Arizona resident! The gym was amazing and had everything I needed, but the staff was top tier and can really make or break a gym experience!
If I could give zero stars, I would. EōS Fitness has been nothing but a nightmare since August, when I first tried to cancel my membership after moving away. The first guy I spoke to told me my membership would be officially canceled on October 7th. I followed every step, called to confirm, and was assured it was handled. But of course, it wasn’t. That first employee never noted anything on my profile, so I was charged again. When I called back, Deija White told me her manager, Joseph Kiersten, would email me written confirmation that my profile had finally been updated and I would not be charged in October because, according to her, the last person “didn’t put it in the notes.” Not only did I never receive that email, but the manager was too afraid to come to the phone and instead put all of the onus on poor Deija. You could absolutely tell she had to keep going back and forth with a manager who wasn’t supporting his employees. The result? More excuses, more delays, and another charge. EōS Fitness has perfected the art of wasting your time and taking your money in exchange for an old dingy gym and pool that is never truly clean. Every person tells you something different, no one follows through, and they hide behind empty promises instead of taking responsibility. This manager is fostering an environment that is unprofessional, dishonest, and downright cowardly. If you value your time, money, or patience, stay far away from EōS Fitness — they’ll drain all three before admitting they made a mistake.
