I highly recommend Tricia as a Trainer/Coach. Words cannot fully convey the gratitude I have for Tricia. She taught me that working out is not merely about the numbers on the scale but about living healthily to feel my best. Within less than a year, I reached my personal goal and was able to discontinue 7 daily medications, including those for high blood pressure. Other health issues have significantly diminished or disappeared. Tricia's encouragement translates into a resounding "yes I can and yes I will."

For Trisha as a Strength Training Instructor, I Highly recommend her. She's Knowledgeable: Clearly understands proper form and the science behind strength training. She's Motivational: Keeps the energy high and pushes you to your limits without being overbearing. She's Attentive: Pays close attention to individual form and provides personalized feedback. She's Good with Communication: Explains exercises clearly and concisely, making them easy to understand. She's Adaptable: Able to modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and injuries. I highly recommend her. Trisha created a supportive and encouraging environment for me. I saw significant progress in my strength levels after training with her. I started training with a pretty uncomfortable back injury that she helped me build strength through so that I might have my life back again.
