I have been training at The Fitness Institute for six months with Don. Don is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer and worked closely with me to meet my goals. I started working with Greg as my trainer a couple of months ago. He is extremely patient, experienced, kind, and intelligent as a trainer. I have learned a tremendous amount about my body and the unhealthy way I was eating and exercising since working with Greg. He is meticulous in recording and keeping information. In addition Greg is well educated in his profession and stays on the cutting edge as research is revealed. As you can tell by this post I am very impressed with Greg and his staff and Highly recommend Greg and the staff. As I continue to reach for my weight and health goals The Fitness Institute is a large part of my plan. Like anything having a trainer such as Greg is an investment, but in my opinion incorporating the Fitness Institute in my health and wellness plan is money well spent.
I am so thankful my friend told me about the Fitness Institute. It is exactly what I needed. I had hurt my back six months prior at a boot camp exercise class. This was the perfect place to start exercising again. The personal trainers have a lot more education, training and knowledge on how to exercise without injuring your body. Since my back was not completely healed my personal trainer was able to create an exercise program that was safe and effective for me to gain back my core strength and get back to my active lifestyle. I am able to hike and bicycle again. I am so grateful for the one on one training I received there. The owner met with me for my free initial consultation and correctly matched me with a personal trainer for my specific injury. The Owner and staff are friendly, the facility clean and the equipment of high quality. From my observation and experience there I believe each staff member from the owner to all the trainers truly are invested in all their clients and have a true desire to help them achieve their fitness goals. It has been a great experience there and I would highly recommend this facility.
The fitness institute is fantastic. Greg is very knowledgeable and puts together challenging exercises. The equipment is varied and in great condition. The nutrition plan I got had meals that were easy to plan for and had enough variety to keep me interested in my meals. I would definitely recommend them!
Professional, thorough, knowledgeable... The staff at Fitness Institute have been able to take my goals, my abilities, and my limitations and help me to safely obtain the health and fitness level I desire. The workouts have been challenging, results oriented and worked around my physical conditions. I am currently in the process of training for the Spartan and Tough Mudder Obstacle Races and feel that Andrew along with Greg have both been instrumental in getting me "in shape" and ready to compete. Not only has my strength and stamina increased, I have also traded in some unneeded fat for lean body weight.
