I can’t say enough good things about my trainer, Kay! She’s a total ball of energy and makes every session something to look forward to. From the start, it felt like we’ve known each other forever—she’s so easy to talk to and always keeps me laughing. What I really love is how she makes working out feel effortless. Before you even realize it, the session is over! At the same time, she’s very attentive and has helped me improve my form a lot, which makes me feel more confident and safe during workouts. She’s respectful, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. The gym atmosphere is great too. If you’re looking for a trainer who makes fitness fun while still helping you get real results, Kay is the one!

Great gym, however can you guys PLEASE turn the music down about 20 percent? I can hear your music through noise cancelling headphones and I have to yell at Siri to set timers. Pls & thank you

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your company's practices regarding membership cancellations. It is evident that you go to great lengths to prevent customers from canceling, which is a deeply unethical business approach. Companies should strive to make cancellations a straightforward process, not an obstacle course. Your apparent fear that allowing cancellations will lead to profit loss is misguided. Honest business, which includes respecting a customer's decision to leave, ultimately fosters trust and loyalty, leading to greater long-term success. Rest assured, I will be sharing my experience and warning everyone I know about your company's deceptive tactics. I sincerely hope that you and your employees can stand by your business practices with pride. This company demonstrates exceptionally poor customer service regarding cancellations. Their policies and execution in this area are entirely unacceptable. The worst of the worst!!!!!be warned!!!!
