I booked a motor coach and ended up with an old bus that looked nothing like the photos on their website. The charging ports didn’t work, and the staff I spoke with on the phone were extremely rude. Very unprofessional company from start to finish. The vehicles are outdated, and the experience was definitely “you get what you pay for.” I would not recommend this company to anyone
We booked a bus for a wedding, and our Driver Shannon, was outstanding. She arrived on time, provided smooth and reliable shuttle service, and was incredibly friendly. She went above and beyond assisting our wheelchairs and senior passengers. We truly appreciated her.
Our Motorcoach Driver Shannon provided outstanding service from start to finish. The driver was smooth and safe throughout the trip. And handled every part of the route with confidence care. What truly stood out was her. Excellent customer service - friendly, attentive and always willing to assist passengers with a smile. communicated clearly kept the group informed. Alot of construction in the area. I highly recommend the driver for any trip.
