Truly a great experience with Rick. I booked him the day of and he was able to give me a ride on short notice. His access to the base let him take me right to my hotel on JBSA Lackland rather than me walking for 20 minutes with my luggage from the gate. Rick was more than helpful with my bags, advice, travel suggestions, as well as free water on top of the very clean ride. He is a life saver, I will without a doubt be booking with him in the future.

Rick was very attentive, friendly and welcoming as if we were old friends. He was very familiar with restaurants and city attractions and gave us useful recommendations we found helpful and accurate. Rick’s car service was a lifesaver for my daughter and me. We were invited to attend an Air Force graduation at Lackland Military Base and had no idea what to expect—how to get access, where to go, where to park, or even what the day would look like. Rick, being a veteran and a long-time driver for families attending graduations at Lackland, made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We ended up booking him for the entire time we were there. He dropped us off right at the bleachers and was waiting for us the moment we walked out of the ceremony—no waiting, no hassle, just smooth and effortless service. One of the biggest advantages was that Rick has military access, which made getting through the checkpoints much easier. I can’t recommend his service highly enough—even if you just need a simple pickup and drop-off. Rick is professional, friendly, and always early. He is truly a gem.
