I made this appt after I thought I heard rodent scratching noises in the wall. Ryan did a thorough inspection and showed me the possible problem areas and suggestions for remediation. He was very communicative and explained everything in detail. My partner and I were both very pleased with Ryan and Evans Pest Control and will continue using their services in the future.

Noticed a mouse issue once there was work being done in another row home. Kevin came and was very thorough in his initial inspection and checked every area possible! During the follow up, he made sure to check the traps and kept me informed through out the entire process from beginning to end. Would highly recommend!!

Joe was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to teach my parents the proper way to maintain their home, now that he has treated it. He has been respectful and a pleasure to be around. Definitely recommend Evans to anyone that needs help. We’ll be setting up regular service with Evans.
