I went to Luke at the beginning of 2025 to start working out at the gym after not being there for many years. I wanted a trainer that created a workout plan that was specific to my prior injuries and that was very knowledgable with different weight exercises. Luke was awesome. He made me feel very comfortable at the gym, showed me the right way to do weight exercises, and was attentive for each session. I really enjoyed working with him and he is a great motivator as-well. I can say because of him I’m going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week now. If you haven’t been active for a while, and you’re looking to get a trainer to help you do that I would highly recommend Luke.
Worked with Luke for almost a year, incredible person. He helped me to build strength and indurance, took into consideration my fitness goals, first time in my life I was able to improve some muscle groups that I haven't put attention to before. Always felt supported, Luke was proactive to adjust exercises depending on sorness of muscles, tiredness and overall well-being. Non-repetative, personalized program. The gym he's working in is also very nice, most of the time there were no people except of us, so all the equipment was free to use.
I started with Luke just over a month ago. The change in my fitness level has improved dramatically and my flexibility and every day movements has become way better/easier. In April 2018, I knew I needed a change in my lifestyle and health. I signed up for MUD HERO 2018 Obstacle Race for August. I was not in shape and needed fitness guidance to prepare me for the obstacle race. Luke took the time to understand my fitness level and developed weekly workout routines that challenged me but kept me motivated. He is patient and felt completely at ease while I was training. Luke has extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning training and understands how to build a solid workout program while keeping it fun. With Luke's help, I was able to complete my first ever MUD HERO race. I never would have been able to do it without his training, motivation and support. To this day, I continue to join his group training session on Sunday's and also ongoing 1-on-1 personal training. :)
