We contacted this agency over 3 years ago to build a luxury hair extensions brand. The company quickly evolved into a larger set of services and they were able to pivot the marketing strategy, even though it was unforeseen. 2 years later I hired the agency again to build a luxury medical spa, aesthetics and wellness brand. Once again, they took a super detail orientated approach to addressing the brand foundation — mission, vision, brand pillars, tone of voice, typography, colour theory, iconography, photographic standards and also UI design for th website. They created an intensive organic viral marketing campaign concept that took the brand to something much more than envisioned. I have to say that after this 2nd go around with the firm, that they are more than a design agency. They operate like co-founders, think like investors, and help mould the entire business to become more marketable.
