Love this place! Had my first appointment with Jessica for lip filler today. I Was taken back on time, and Jessica pulled my forms right up and got me numbed. I waited about 20 minutes with the numbing cream on. They also offer a dental block if the numbing cream doesn’t do enough for you, but I was completely numb with just the cream. Jessica was so personable and gentle, I barely had any bruising afterwards which is a first for me! The spa was clean and professional. My only suggestion would be to offer numbing cream when you first arrive for your lip filler appointment so that customers don’t have to wait more after being brought back to the room. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!!

I had an appointment for Botox scheduled for the 15th of January, but I mistakenly noted it on my calendar as the 14th and didn’t realize the error until I arrived. Since I live quite far from Montclair, I decided to proceed with treatment that day rather than reschedule. I was assured the injector was very experienced and that I would be in good hands. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Twelve days after the treatment, I can still fully see and flex my 11s. One side of my forehead above my eyebrow still moves while the other does not, leaving my forehead noticeably uneven. My crow’s feet show some improvement, but the overall result is far from what I would expect, especially given that the cost was nearly $1,000. I do take partial responsibility for agreeing to see a different injector; however, this level of outcome should not happen with a professional Botox treatment. While it could certainly be worse, the results are disappointing enough that I will need to seek correction elsewhere. Unfortunately, my original injector, who always did an excellent job, has since left the spa. Moving forward, I’ll be going elsewhere. Lesson learned: stick with injectors you trust

My experience at Evolve Med Spa was extremely disappointing. I purchased a $150 package for facial laser hair removal, specifically for my neck and chin area. I completed an intake form online, but when I arrived five minutes early for my appointment, they had no record of it. I was handed an iPad to fill out the form again and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time while the front desk staff had an extended conversation, leaving two customers waiting in the reception area. When I was finally taken back, the esthetician asked what I was having done. I explained I had an appointment for my chin and neck, and wanted to add my lip area. She informed me the price wasn't $150 as advertised, but $200. I was shocked but said I at least needed the chin done. She returned with a quote of $400 for just my neck and chin, and $550 if I added the lip area. Out of desperation and already seated in the chair, I nearly agreed to the inflated price. I mentioned that this was more expensive than my dermatology office charges. Jessica, the esthetician, rudely responded: "These are not my prices, these are Evolve's prices, and you don't have to complete your appointment." At that point, I gathered my things and left. Additional concerns: For a med spa charging premium prices, the cleanliness was mediocre at best—I'd rate it a 5/10. I was offered water upon arrival; at these prices, I expected far better hospitality. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly throughout my visit. I will never return to this establishment. One star, given only for the convenient Montclair, NJ location.

I came in for a facial and overall the service was fine, but I felt uncomfortable with the hygiene practices. The aesthetician continued the service after touching multiple surfaces and washed her gloves instead of changing them. For a skincare treatment, I expected fresh gloves to be used. I decided not to return.

this place is amazing! i genuinely had such a great experience here i couldn’t be more pleased. Jessica was amazing and answered all my questions with no problems. i genuinely felt welcome and everyone made me feel super comfortable! I’m very happy with experience! ❤️
