Straight up great service. In the Summer, they fixed my unit to get the AC going again. They responded pretty quick in a busy time. Fast forward to December and I had an issue with my heater. They came right out and fixed it. They said it was an issue that they should have caught in the Summer and did not charge me. Did not expect that. A great and honest outfit!

This company is amazing! Found them on the neighborhood app. Ishmael was the tech who diagnosed the problem with the AC Unit. He was young but mighty! Very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He answered all my questions and his work was thorough. This young man has a very bright future ahead of him and after meeting his boss(and owner) today, I understood why he was so polished. The installers arrived on time and were also very personable. Work was completed sooner than expected(yes and thank you!) and the price was fair. This owner runs an incredible business and is an incredible person. I highly recommend them, but call and decide for yourself. Thank you Excel Air for a job well done!!!
