Alex was Very personable. Easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly. I Already had a price point that was very competitive and he was able to give me a very low price to get my business. He also did the best work I’ve seen from an installer. Three new garage Door openers installed. Very professional. The work was done perfectly. I couldn’t be happier and I will always recommend Garage doctor to Everyone. Honestly, some of the best work I’ve had done by a vendor due to Alex’s Skill and hard work. Thank you so much!!😊

My experience with this company has been great from start to finish. From the initial consultation with Alfredo Sagastume, to working with product specialist David Topete, and finally the installation by Varo Trujillo — everyone was professional, courteous, and delivered exactly what they promised. The process was smooth and well-coordinated. The only minor thing I wish had been done differently is that I didn’t receive photos of the finished product or the invoice yet (I’m a landlord and wasn’t on-site), but overall I’m very pleased with the service and quality of the work. Highly recommend!

I never thought I'd see the day where there would be more expenses and more expenses. I called the Garage Dr today figuring I'm going to spend an arm and a leg, figuring you know, you're trying to save a buck. Anyhoot, the garage just wouldn't open, and looking at it, thought it was the cable, but it wasn't. It was the spring that snapped and luckily it didn't hurt anyone. So Andrew the Garage Dr came over and inspected the garage and told me what was broken, what not. Anyhoot, Andrew and I were talking about pricing and such and we came to a great deal which I can't reveal hahahahahaha 😁😁😁😁 but I did get a cool hat !! Thanks Andrew 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for you today for 1. Educating me as the customer regarding the parts 2. Quick as in Quick Quality Work - took about 1 hour I was like shocked. 3. I had to be out of the house to pick up my daughter by 2pm 4. He came in the morning, because of ROSE also 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for going above and beyond. Creating a Made Up Schedule Window between 9am -1pm and she booked my appointment just like that !! WOW 👀 🤟🤟 5. Can't really say but .... few freebies shhhhh ! I'm a happy camper 6. took all the old parts ✌️✌️ 7. There are no other words to express about Andrew and Garage Door Doctor but Thank you ... you know, you figure TRUST is the key word when you have someone come to your home and I felt the Trust with Garage Door Doctor and the 13 years experience he's had, I don't know if hes lying or not but after watching him do do do ... ummmm he did it like it was so easy 💪💪 Thanks also to Melissa for getting me that email hehehehe 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her for helping me out as well. Very cool and friendly. Just the overall experience was just outstanding. I can't say no more other than, WOW !!!!!! would I recommend Garage Door Doctor? Umm probably yeah, every house is a case to case basis for me I'm thrifty. But you know you get what you pay for !!!! It's just plain and simple. You ask for cheap cheap price you get cheap parts cheap quality parts. That's just what I learned during my years. Andrew is the man !!! Thanks Andrew again for educating me about the science of the Garage Door mechanics and just how it all works especially longevity of it all. Got the 2 years warranty !! Thanks Garage Door Doctor for hiring the team !!! This was most deff a Team effort and I didn't pick up my daughter late from school!!!! ❤️

5 Star plus (5++++). Francisco plus 3 other associates did an unbelievable job correcting an issue that was derived from the original build of the house. My door is roughly 700 lbs and the springs initially installed were not sufficient to balance the load. Ultimately I needed 4 new springs and the automatic door opener rail and pulley were bent due to the previous load not being balanced correctly. Francisco arrived at 8am (on time) and the job ultimately took 3 guys and they were committed to finishing that day. They finally finished around 11pm. Francisco hadn’t even taken a break for lunch. My wife was having no part of that so she made them a club sandwich. Overall excellent work. The job cost a little more than I was expecting to pay but it was thoroughly planned and completed and at the end I felt the price was fair for the work that needed to be done. Overall great job by the team!!!!
