Cindy and Mike were excellent property managers. They are very responsive, communicative, and helpful. We would absolutely consider renting another property from them. We were their tenants for about 2.5 years and have no complaints.

We have live at the rental address for little more than 2 years and during that 2 years, we had great experiences with the team Whenever we needed a service, all we need to do is fill out a ticket in the App and status of that ticket will be updated to let you know the process. It is quick and easy to use and requests always done on time. Even when we are no longer their tenants, we have moved out but accidents sent stuffs there. Cindy who was my contact person had reach out to the new tenants and arranged the time for me to swing by and pick up my stuffs. She went beyond her job, this is a greattt experience with the team. Thank you 🙏

A huge breath of fresh air when it comes to a Property Management Company. Cindy and her team helped us find a beautiful home to rent from when we were months away from being in a terrible lease for another year. When it comes to helping us with anything home related she is quick to find service workers to come and makes it easy to pay rent and make request through their website and app. I appreciate everyone at Excellence Property Management for helping us find a beautiful home to rent! By far the best management company I have came across in the Bay Area.
