We have looking for a new home in a specific area and Chris found us the perfect place. He listened to all the things we desired in a new home and he put forth the time and effort to get us exactly what we wanted. He knew how to navigate this crazy market against multiple offers to ensure we came out on top. Chris and Stephanie did an exceptional job helping us to sell our house. They were put in an unusually difficult situation in trying to deal with the sale of a house centered around an unfinished divorce and other rather difficult circumstances; this was not your average normal sale. Both of them conducted themselves with grace and cool and calm professionalism and kept their eyes on the finish line. Their whole entire team moved quickly and effectively to get the house looking presentable and ready for market. Chris also did a fine job negotiating to get us the best price for the home. We lost our home in the CZU fires in 2020, and Chris has been an invaluable help through this tough process of deciding what to do next. Chris has gone above and beyond what we expected of an agent - he has helped us purchase land when we were set on rebuilding, he has showed us numerous questionable TLC project we considered taking on, and finally he helped us close on a beautiful home that will be a new start for our family.
