Bought my engagement and wedding band from exotic diamonds 3 weeks ago and after an initial hiccup with the setting of my diamond. Seth and the sales woman went above and beyond in making sure I had everything fixed. Everything came out perfect and I love my new ring. The manager Seth was very helpful and patient and provided awesome customer service and any issue I had which I was very picky with my ring he personally took care of it. I recommend and will be a returning customer.
Yazbril was super helpful and provided great communication. Sent me all of the information I needed including pictures and videos of the chain I was interested in. Super easy to work with. I also needed the chain shortened, and they were able to shorten it in less than 45 minutes
Buyers beware. Purchased an engagement ring for my now wife and had issues with diamonds falling out. Took it to get fixed and received ring back with oversized prongs (that are now shaved down) and over use of their solder looking hideous. Brought to attention of lady working front desk and was told only fix would be to upgrade instead of correct fix since it was purchased some time ago. Why would i spend double money when they can’t even fix what I have now. If you pay attention to pics of the reviews, most are taken In store Definitely won’t be returning
