We were walking around the Riverwalk and passed by this store and had to go in. It was filled with crystals, gemstones, fossils, jewelry and all fun things shiny and interesting. The person who worked at the store was so fun. She was telling us how to identify certain gemstones and other fun facts. I am so glad we stopped in. It was a very unique experience.
My husband and I drove from Laredo to visit San Antonio , we came across this Beautiful store . We walked in we were greeted w a warm smile 😊 and a polite greeting . We only spent 15$ on a amathyst pendant , but the gentle man that help us out , vega , gave us the royal treatment. He went above and beyond showing us all the pieces . We just had to buy something . We will definitely come by again before Christmass. Gracias vega !!!
Tresor has beautiful one of a kind jewelry pieces! I bought a beautiful bezel set rough stone aquamarine ring. Sadly, after wearing it 3 times, the stone chipped and fell out of the setting. I reached out to Tresor about having the piece repaired, and Prescilla promptly replied - calling me with all my options. After mailing the piece back to them, they had the repairs done in less than a week! I am impressed. Great customer service!
I don’t write reviews but after visiting here, and its sister store two blocks, away I had to. I went here to look for a meteorite for my wife for Christmas. I did not have a big budget. The shop was filled with wonderful fossils, gemstones, minerals, etc. Having my five-year old daughter there made me very nervous. However, despite me being shabbily dressed, on a small budget, and with a child in tow, the owner was AMAZING. I was able to find what I was looking for at the sister store “Rock & Gem”? Look for the Mosasaur skull in the window and you can’t miss it. More importantly, the owner asked if my daughter liked rocks and I said yes. She immediately took my daughter to a closed case. She opened the case and let my daughter pick out and hold a Megalodon tooth that I couldn’t afford. She then had her touch a museum quality near complete small fossilized dinosaur. Guarantee that fossil was worth more than my car. In the end, I got a meteorite my wife will cherish (she’s into astronomy) and the owner gave my daughter and I a memory together that will last. The memory was free of charge and will be cherished.
