This is a great auto repair location. Garrett is very informative and helpful. The prices are straightforward, fair, and easy to understand. The maintenance itself is great and they are thorough with the car inspection which is very helpful.

I've been here for service twice now, once for routine maintenance and once to have my brake pads and rotors replaced. Each time, I was stunned by the fast, courteous, and professional service. They worked around my schedule so I was never shortchanged and I will most likely be using this shop for all of my car maintenance needs while I'm in the Springs.

I've been with these guys for years minus a few issues long ago its been a great ride anytime I have had an issue they have gone through my car and located my issues. Through out the year they message me email and leave me messages asking about how the car is running I am able to have a good clean conversation explaining issues recommendations they have never let me down. I just want to express my appreciation and gratitude for this company. They truly lead with transparency and integrity. My first experience with Express Auto Repair was after I had gone to Pep Boys to install new tires and get a complete alignment. In the middle of the service, they claimed several components needed to be replaced in order to reach factory alignment specs. It didn’t sit right with me, so I took my car to Express Auto for a second opinion. Turns out, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my car. My second experience was today. My check engine light came on this morning, so I took it in, and I also asked for a quote on replacing both of my headlights. The owner could have easily taken advantage, but instead he suggested simply polishing the film that was making it hard to see. I picked up my car that afternoon, it was running great, and the headlights looked completely different. All in all, I am so grateful for people like them. If anyone has concerns or is looking for a reliable auto shop that won’t upsell unnecessary work, please check them out. They are AMAZING!

**I had my Pontiac worked on here in the beginning of November 2025. Garrett was so amazing and I’m so grateful for how him and Express Auto Repair took care of me. The communication was a 10/10 but Garrett also worked with me while I was trying to figure out my car situation and payment. It was also absolutely fantastic and so refreshing that when they ran the diagnostics for my alternator situation, they didn’t try to gouge my pockets over other repairs that weren’t necessary. Definitely recommend for great customer service, communication, pricing, honesty, and work done. Thank you so much again, Garrett!!
