I went to get my jeep cleaned and not only was most of the dirt still on my car when exiting the car wash, but the paint chipped off my car door. I filed a complaint and after waiting three weeks for a response returned only for the a manger to say the claim was denied. I will not be returning to any locations.

I have been here twice and both times the car wash has been broken. The second time my car got stuck inside and it still did not get washed. The customer help I’ve tried reaching out twice and no response.
