Within hours of this place damaging my car, I received an email denying my claim with no explanation or appeal process. I believe staff may have only submitted footage from our second, uneventful pass through the wash to avoid liability. However, our timestamped video documents both passes and the damage sustained. Before going through their carwash, we asked if it was safe to go through with a ladder on rack. A new employee said no, we couldn’t because it could snag. But then the manager came over and said they could retract the upper roll brushes and said we could go through. Well, the newer employee forgot to retract the brushes on first pass. We then took a second pass through the wash without the ladder to get the soap on the car form first pass. This time they stopped it from lowering. Fortunately my wife took videos of both passes because the manager only submitted one. They need to take responsibility for this one.

NEVER GO HERE, they caused THOUSANDS of dollars in damage to my 2026 car and this is how they reply. Edit- this is the response from their customer service department after following these instructions. For my ensured safety, I will be continuing to share publicly how yall speak to me in private….

On 03-16 I got a car wash. I have evidence the big brush scratched my car on the trunk lid. I found a manager to see what they could do and he repeatedly ignored me. He was a short hispanic man, black hair, wearing long sleeves. His nametag said he was the "GM". He would not even give me a form to fill out, or listen to me. I left, feeling angry and unheard. I returned on 03-19 to find KC and Zak here. They were super helpful, listened, and got me the form I needed. They were very apologetic and sincere. KC even called his general manager for me; however, he was again, not helpful. He said he "couldn't do anything while off of the clock". Really unprofessional behavior from the individual in charge. Damage claim was denied without any follow up from Super Star.
