We have been using MaidPro for about a year now. We even moved to a new home and brought them to our new house. They do very good work. If there is something they may have missed which is few and far between they are very responsive and fix it. We will continue using them in the future.

We have worked with MaidPro both before and after the pandemic, and it’s been a positive experience - from customer service both on email and by phone, to the pros who visit our home. We were able to set a preferred schedule, share instructions and preferences, and maintain a budget. In particular, Crystal is detail oriented, thorough, and thoughtful.

We were extremely unsatisfied- the cleaning was very superficial and not completed as confirmed when scheduling the cleaning. When scheduling we informed the receptionist it was a house that needed to be clean for a move in, and indicated areas of concern, including: kitchen, range, hood and cabinets; doors; baseboards; window sills; kitchen light; and a ceiling fan, overhang railing that needed dusting. I come home to find a house where the cleaning crew did not do what we paid for, including: window sills that were not touched, dirt, dead flies and hair left behind; baseboards, that to the touch, dust and dirt rub off on fingers; the oven hood not even touched and has grease all over it, as well as the surrounding cabinets; the top of the back-splash still has grease and is sticky to the touch (it looks like it was not even cleaned superficially); one of the cleaning crew was going to use the same dirty rag for the inside of the fridge that she used on the outside; the ceiling fan, overhang, and railing was not dusted at all; the sides of the kitchen island was not cleaned and we were told by the employees they are not allowed to clean the sides of the island; toilet was not touched; kitchen light not cleaned and the light switches still covered in dirt. Almost all of the items mentioned above were told when the cleaning was scheduled. These two employees did not complete the job as required, and what was done was very superficial and incomplete.
