Geno is punctual, professional, takes his craft seriously, and strives to establish a positive relationship with his clients. Always enjoy catching up with my guy. Stay away from Geno and Aaron L. My partner and I booked two confirmed 9:00 AM appointments with two different barbers. At 8:50 AM, Aaron L. texted my partner asking to change the appointment time. When my partner said no, the appointment was immediately canceled with no apology or attempt to reschedule. Minutes later, Geno called me and said, “Just being honest bro, I’m 15 minutes late.” I said not really Geno responded, “At least I’m letting you know,” then hung up and canceled my appointment as well. Both confirmed appointments were canceled at the last minute with zero professionalism or respect for our time. If you value reliability and basic customer service, take your business elsewhere.
I’ve been coming to Fade Factory Barber Studio for a while now and I always leave satisfied. I book with Geno and he’s consistently solid — pays attention to detail, takes his time, and really knows how to deliver a clean cut. The environment in the shop is welcoming and comfortable, which makes the whole experience even better. Good vibes, professional service, and quality work every time. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re booking with Geno.
