From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I was truly in the best hands. Doménica and Citlalli checked me at the front with ease and were very welcoming. Sandra and Estella kept the facilities spotless during my visit as well as being very attentive to all the guests. I received a massage by Kelly and WOW… I feel beyond refreshed and reset. She was very receptive to all my needs throughout the massage and I felt very comfortable from start to finish. My second treatment was with Dandie and she gave me an amazing facial, I left the room glowing and smiling ear to ear with great tips to implement at home. Thank you for the perfect relaxation day that I desperately needed!! You ladies went above and beyond and I will absolutely be returning.

I had an amazing and luxurious experience at the fairmont spa. All the facilities (spa, steam room, cold plunge, etc) were spotless and I was so pampered! Citlalli and Dominica made me feel so welcome upon arrival and Elle made my rest and recover treatment an 11/10. The staff here is the cherry on top to such a beautiful experience!!!

I can’t begin to describe just how relaxed I felt during my visit to the Fairmont Spa. From the moment I walked in, I was wrapped in an atmosphere of calm and luxury. The amenities alone — the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and serene waiting area — created the perfect setting to unwind before my treatment even began. My esthetician, Vallerea, was absolutely incredible. Her personal touch made the experience feel deeply customized and caring. She walked me through every step of the facial, addressing my concerns and explaining the benefits of the lymphatic drainage treatment in a way that was informative and comforting. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep — twice! That’s how deeply at ease I felt. Honestly, I left wondering how I’ve gone this long without ever experiencing a facial like this. It felt like I had been cheated out of something essential all my life. Fairmont Spa truly went above and beyond. Every detail was thoughtful, every moment intentional. This wasn’t just a treatment — it was a full reset for my body and mind. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending it to anyone who needs a true escape and a reminder of how powerful self-care can be.

I had the best massage by Kelly M on our weekend visit to Fairmount. She was very sweet with a soothing voice and applied the exact pressure I wanted. The facility it self was super clean, relaxing and accommodating.

The Fairmont Austin Spa is an oasis for relaxation and self-care. I was kindly greeted and checked in for my treatment by Vallerea. I enjoyed the steam room, sauna and hot tub in the solarium before Kelly retrieved me for my 50-minute bespoke massage. She was so excellent, I regret not booking for 90-minutes. Guiliana and Sandra were also very welcoming and sweet. I will definitely be returning!
