BEWARE: Booked a move 6 weeks in advance and they cancelled on me 2 days prior to my move. Didn’t care, took zero responsibility for their bad business practices. Would not recommend or use this company unless you want to be stranded on moving day! THE RESPONSE FROM OWNER BELOW IS INCORRECT! YOU LEFT ME WITHOUT MOVERS 2 DAYS BEFORE MY SCHEDULED MOVE! THE RAIN WAS OCT 12th…MY MOVE WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE 31st. YOU HAD ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO CALL AFTER THE RAIN. YOU DID NOT OFFER A SOLUTION! PEOPLE HAVE THESE SORTS OF THINGS PLANNED FOR A REASON! IT’S SIMPLY BAD BUSINESS! NO OTHER EXCUSES NEEDED.

The team that helped me move were efficient and worked fast. I would recommend them to my friends and family. The only thing is that they charge by the hour and round up. The team got done around 2:20 and I was charged for that entire hour. Wish I was told this prior to scheduling

This was my 3rd time using Family Moving and Storage and they have always been amazing. Cesar and Anthony were so kind and very efficient with moving my furniture. They take great pride in their jobs. Hopefully I won't need to move again for awhile but if I do, I will be sure to call these guys again.
