I had ordered my A/C on line and Viking was contracted to do the install, Nino and Albert showed up they were very courteous and got right to work mind you it's 108 degrees out and they were working up on the roof and had to go into the attic to fix some wires for the new thermostat. They got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were done. My wife and I appreciate the job they did and would recommend Viking Heating and Air-conditioning to everyone. This is an add on: In February of 2026 Viking air was rehired to replace my swamp cooler Ryan and crew got the old one off and the new one in, in a very timely way had to come back once to make an electrical repair at no extra charge and now it's working like a charm I will be recommending them to anyone who needs A/C work Had Owen back to make some adjustments he arrived I told him my concerns and he got right to it and was finished in short order said he really couldn't see any thing wrong maybe the pad (it's on a swamp cooler) wasn't getting completely wet and just kind of adjusted the position of it. Great service
