Experience on Friday morning to early afternoon 10-11:30 am. I was there today and first time here! During that time I saw workers putting out new items so I assume throughout the day they stock like Texas Thrift? I did see the line long at one point at checkout but when it was time for me to checkout it was just me so depends on time you go for the long lines reviews? No bathrooms. They do have 3 fitting rooms (2 have a lock & 1 is missing doorknob so need a friend to stand outside door) and there is a sign says limit of 3 items at a time to try on. Clothing is organized by category of tops, long sleeves, skirts, jeans etc and by color. So definitely need time & patience to find your size! At checkout I saw a sign to download their app to collect points, easy to download & sign up. I asked the employee how I scan and she showed me how and I believe it's a point for every dollar! She was friendly! For pricing it's ok, Levi's & AE jeans I got were priced at $12.51 each (better than retail I'll justify the pricing that way, lol) and my women basic tops were $3.93 & under. I scored some kids tops at $1.91 marked down which you'll see on the tags they'll write the new price. 4 stars only because the tags are stapled on clothing need to be careful on removing. I took it off carefully on a shirt but still left a visible hole :/ Good thing it's on collar back part. Overall, I'll shop here again!
Although the lines are long and it gets hot in here, I enjoy coming because they have some really good stuff. Prices are reasonable and yes sometimes they can be high but it’s not bad. Staff I think are doing the best they can to especially with the enormous amount of customers. It be nice to have all three registers open but still like this store!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 0/10 Do NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WITH ANY DISABILITIES ‼️ ALSO DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN THEY CANT EVEN PLAY WITH THE TOYS THEY MUST BE PUT IN A BASKET LIKE ITS BRAND NEW AND NOT USED ‼️ CANT EVEN TEST USED TOYS BEFORE PURCHASE DONT SHOP HERE EVER ‼️ YOULL HAVE BETTER DEAL AND SERVICE ELSE WERE ‼️
The prices are WAY too high for items you guys got for FREE! You’re here to support low income families who can’t afford to buy new. You might as well buy new at this point, it’s almost the same price and it hasn’t been worn. Saw a camisole today for $10.57 it doesn’t matter the condition, brand, color, or material, it shouldn’t be more than $5. You got it for free and it’s USED!
Have never found any good finds for women my size (180lbs, 5’11, size L/XL). Also makes it impossible to find your size because it’s all scattered, nothing is organized according to size. Not to mention the checkout line is soooo slow and they seem to have no sense of urgency so you’re waiting in the heat for 20+ minutes. Not the best experience. But a good place for kids shorts and tshirts and for houseware.
