I had a family heirloom ring resized here and they did a fantastic job! Very friendly customer service and answered all my questions! Quick turnaround and reasonably priced too!

Only one star but I can’t leave zero stars…Horrible experience. I was referred by my Mom who’s a longtime resident of Lexington. I’m visiting from LA. Brought a special piece to be gold plated as it was not solid gold. I was told by a young man who was very kind that it was no problem. Given a week time frame. Fast forward a week, no call no text. I called. Told we will call you back. Fifteen minutes later I get a text sorry job not able to be completed, come get your piece by 3:00pm because we’re closed Monday. If I didn’t call and inquire I never would have known. They had my jewelry over a week and couldn’t text me or call me to pick it up, NO! Because I don’t matter, I was no value to them. They didn’t care. The old lady who works there got an attitude and snatched up the envelope when I tried to take my claim slip. She was completely unprofessional! No apology nothing. Greed!!! Straight out! Don’t go here! They only care about themselves! The young man (Farmer the 3rd) probably the only honest person that works there and I’m sure he had no clue I was treated so horribly.

Amazing service, lovely place to come into, I adore this family business; everyone I have spoken to on the phone/assisted me in-store has been attentive and intentional. I trusted them with a piece very special to me and it turned out beautiful! Also love that they do appraisals & more - it’s a one stop shop! You’d be silly to go anywhere else in Lex!

Worked with Farmers to rework some diamond jewelry I never wore into a new piece that I love. Excellent service & they made sure it was exactly as I wanted. Reasonably priced too, highly recommend!

Very small and cute place. Staff was friendly. I went in to have an appraisal done. They start out at $150. The only down fall that I didn't like about the appraisal is they don't give you anything stating what you dropped off or any type ticket to pick up the item. What if you have 3 John Smith with a heart necklace what's to say someone took the wrong item as they didn't have a ticket number or something. Maybe I'm over thinking it but still lots of people can't be trusted to say that the wrong item. Or what it they were robbed you have nothing to show that you dropped something off to be appraisal.
