If I could I’ll put 0 star . Please don’t go there , it’s just a bunch of nonsense . Customer service is 0 the lil short guy at the front is extremely rude. I’ll never go there again with their nonsense prices . I don’t recommend!

A little pricey for repairs

expensive and he damaged my watch. He replaced a sinple battery and wanted to charge me 38 bucks for it. After I complained about the price,he gave me discount but right before leaving he asked me to give back my watch to him so he can check something(very suspicious) and 30 min later I noticed one of my pins inside the watch is loose. I suspect he did something in the last second to damage it probably because he was mad I called him out infront if other customers.Please take a video of your jewlery or watch before giving him to make sure he wont damage it.

Purchased a five year watch replacement warranty. I explained I need a watch battery replacement, I gave then warranty card and receipt. They attempted not to accept because the location I originally bought the warranty did not put the model # on the card (they listed the watch type and color) this is not my fault. He said that he would change the battery with a 25.00 service charge. I’ve had the battery changed many times under the warranty with no problems. I will be contacting the BBB and GA consumer affairs on the owner.

Don’t get scammed. Was quoted $89 to size a simple gold ring with pave diamonds down half a size. Went to another local repair shop who did it for $20.
