It's a great place. Staff is friendly and they work fast. Had to get my ring resized and repaired, and they had it done in less than two hours. It looks great. I would definitely go there again.

I had my first experience at Fast Fix 4 days before Christmas for a watch repair. I had stopped at two other repair stores and was told I could not have it until after Christmas. I walked into Fix Fast and they explained to me a couple of things that needed to be done and that I could pick it up later that day. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy with my layman questions. I will be back and I’m suggesting it as a high referral for others. And yes, it is worth the town center Christmas traffic to receive that kind of service :)

Fantastic experience, very knowledgeable. My engagement ring stone was falling out because the prongs got bent and messed up. He fixed it and cleaned it while I was standing right there in literally less than two minutes, and didn’t even charge me because he said it was easy and quick to fix. I took my TAG watch to the TAG store to have a pin replaced that popped out. They told me that they were going to have to send it off and it would cost me $280 for a watch pin! A friend told me about Fast Fix in the Altamonte Mall, an authorized TAG repairman and he fixed it in 5 minutes for $16. Fast, friendly and you can’t beat that price! I’ll be back!
