Did not get my watches fixed in time and did not do the work properly either because rushed it when I showed up and they had not even started working on my watches. Definitely asked for the payment in advance. Charged more for Casio saying it takes a minute to set the watch up and then eventually asked me to do it myself. We will see how long the batteries last but would not go here again for sure.

I discovered this place by accident and am so happy I did. Since it was a mall store, I expected inexperienced workers. That was absolutely not the case. Experienced professionals took great care and even packaged my wife's watches more thoughtfully than I brought them in. I'll definitely be back - and would easily trust them for a full watch repair or service on a high end watch.

I had an amazing experience at Fast Fix Jewelry! They repaired the broken latch on my gold bracelet the same day and it was ready in just 3 hours. I assumed that for $120 apart from needing a battery which is like $20 the rest was possibly to LOOK for a proper crown on my Filson watch. I get this dumb TINY crown. I know this repair guy prob knew this was stupid looking and didn’t even bother touching base on this repair.

I can confirm that this was the worst experience I have ever had regarding jewelry and customer service. I brought my watch (that I've had for 13 years and everything worked perfectly) to change the glass, to adjust the hands and to clean the band. The result? After an hour I am called to pick up the watch. I immediately realized that the work was terrible, the glass was very crooked. I took it in the car and touched the glass with my finger, as soon as I touched it, the glass burst, cutting my finger and spreading glass all over the seat. I immediately brought it back to the store and the owner confessed to me that he had put a glass that was not suitable for my watch (but why did he do this? Very unprofessional)... he apologized for what happened and picked up the clock promising me to fix it. He calls me after a week and when I come to pick up the watch, these are the conditions: dent on all the metal around the glass, subdial of the hours no longer working, chronograph no longer working, side buttons no longer working, dial above the number 10 disappeared, cleaning (for which I paid) not performed. After 13 years with a watch you also feel a certain type of "bond" that this person has now destroyed. If you care about your watches or jewelry, don't come here. These people should shut down permanently. I feel humiliated and robbed. Not to mention the bad behavior and attitude of the employees. The best part is that they have 30 years of experience in repairs... maybe in their dreams. After the answer: the glass should not be crooked in the first place, and damage would have been avoided. I also paid for the cleaning service that was never performed.
