WORST PLACE ! Do not buy jewelry here. My husband bought me a cute necklace and earrings from this place on Valentines Day. After 10 days with me wearing it my neck started to itch real bad, entire neck was red. I BUY REAL GOLD and no real gold should melt easily either, BROKE right in half and they had nerve to say I cut it!? and bought it back to them broken. REAL GOLD DONT CUT EASILY ! Management was there and was rude, telling me to hold on while he was on the phone, his call was as way to important instead of trying help an upset customer. This place is fraud and this is illegal. This place needs to be shut down !

I was incredibly impressed with the kind and professional service from Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs at Crabtree Valley Mall. My 92-year-old father’s watch band was falling apart. I had purchased a new one but couldn’t figure out how to put it on. Not only did Fast Fix put it on at a very reasonable price but it’s incredibly difficult for my father to leave the house so I had to bring it back to adjust the size which they did for me right away and with no additional charge—twice. I highly recommend working with the fine team at Fast Fix.
