I was incredibly impressed with the kind and professional service from Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs at Crabtree Valley Mall. My 92-year-old father’s watch band was falling apart. I had purchased a new one but couldn’t figure out how to put it on. Not only did Fast Fix put it on at a very reasonable price but it’s incredibly difficult for my father to leave the house so I had to bring it back to adjust the size which they did for me right away and with no additional charge—twice. I highly recommend working with the fine team at Fast Fix.

Took my watch there to have the battery replaced and some links removed. They did both but the screw for one of the links fell out as soon as I got home. I have had links removed at Crabtree Jewelry and never had this issue. I will never go to this place again.

I’ve bought 9 rings, 3 chains, 2 diamond pendants, and 2 bracelets. Additionally I’ve had them fix jewelry and one ring I had was too thin for me to wear, so I traded it to them and they took off the price I spent on that and fixing it to the price of the new bigger item. Overall this is a great place to buy gold jewelry especially!!!
