I would like to take a moment to give some praise to Kellie at Reeds Jewelers in Crabtree Mall for her exceptional customer service on December 10, 2025. She greeted me and my girls immediately upon arrival in the store as well as the other associates. She was very patient and helpful as we navigated items for purchase. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything we were looking for we were able to find. Kelli is a very high spirited and caring lady and she made our shopping experience wonderful.

I recently visited and made a purchase from Reed's Jewelers in the Crabtree Valley Mall and the experience exceeded all of my expectations! The entire staff was genuinely helpful (without being pushy) and respectful. I was in search of a watch and after doing research online, it appeared they had the best selection in Raleigh.
