We woke up to leaky pipes in our basement and Carlos was at our house in less than an hour of me calling. Carlos was amazing at checking everything out, explaining exactly what needed to be done, what should be done, and some extra things that we could get done. We ended up having a handful of fixes and getting a new hot water heater. Carlos and Markus had everything done within just a few hours. There were both so nice and very professional!
I had a great experience with Robert Ference. I originally called F.H. Furr for an on-site estimate due to a water leak. It turned out I had installed a new toilet flapper but forgot to put in a simple washer, which was causing the issue. Robert could have easily charged me and claimed it was a bigger problem, but instead he was completely honest and trustworthy. He showed me exactly what I missed and explained everything clearly. He truly represented the company very well. I really appreciate his integrity and professionalism and would highly recommend him. You have a good employee F.H. Furr, he was absolutely the best! Please give me him an increase and take good care of him!
We had Matthew Edward’s come last week for inspection on heat pump. He was very polite, explained what would be done. Recommended cleaning of unit, gave price, work was completed the same day. Highly recommend Matthew Edward’s. We have been members of FH Furr for more than 25 years. Technicians have been great. Our main complaint either FHFurr is scheduling. We originally scheduled inspection for October. After multiple cancellations from FH Furr, (5-6times), work was finally completed. Their scheduling process is in need of dire help! That is why our 3 star review.
Carlos was extremely helpful and professional while installing the new water heater. He was respectful of the property and kept everything clean. The install was very quick and looks great. Thank you for the quick response and next-day installation.
Mike was awesome. Very knowledgeable and he related my issue to his own home (full water heater replacement with a constant flow unit). I like him, and, more importantly, I trust him. I will ask for him specifically by name any time I call F.H. Furr.
