We did the magic-themed escape room tonight and had a blast! The room was fun despite not having the time to finish and the staff were lovely. They gave us hints when needed, gave us an extra ten minutes, and worked through the final puzzles with us after our time ran out- despite being the last group for the evening. 10/10 would go again. Thank you very much to the staff for a great night, as well as the complimentary keepsake Polaroid of us that we received on the way out :)

This is my favourite escape room place! The puzzles are fun and diverse and are a good difficulty level. I love the unlimited clues and the hints don’t give too much away but they guide you in the right direction. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are designed and decorated really well.

Very fun! Did “the mystery at the majestic theatre” room. Lots of puzzles, they were the right amount of challenging and fun. When asking for clues they were actually helpful clues. Ron was very professional and enthusiastic when presenting the rules, story of the room and helping us when needed. They have lockers for your personal belongings. 10/10 experience

We were first-timers and this was perfect for us as we wanted a room with puzzles for all ages and not just to spend time looking for things which I had heard was possible at some other places.
The art direction and quality of the artifacts was great however some items had clearly been handled many times, and although this hinted to their involvement, it didn't detract from overall challenge.
We had a great family time and are already planning to return for another room.

Fun with a good diversity of puzzle types! Puzzles were not always the most thematically integrated and most of the puzzles were linear, so I would recommend this for a smaller group. This worked well for our group of 5 with two kids, age 9 and 13. Not scary, though occasionally spooky for the younger one. Not too difficult.
The set is made with love but not a big budget, and at a low (at least compared to rooms I’ve done in the US) price point I think that’s totally fair.
