Came in earlier today with my sister and had a great experience. The worker gave us an introduction, as well as an overview of how to get the most out of the activity, and was overall just very welcoming and sweet. It was my sister's first time doing an escape room, and since it was just us two we found some of the problems quite challenging. We ran out of the hints and time, and despite this, having started the game earlier than our booking, the worker offered to give us extra time, thanks to which we managed to solve the problems and escape. The worker went above and beyond in offering to go over any questions we had about the problems or explaining anything afterwards. Overall a great experience, not only from the escape room itself but also from the staff there. My sister and I had a great time and would easily go again.

It was so much fun! We booked last minute and the hardest game was available. Such a great experience. Next time we’re in Vancouver, we’ll definitely come again — and bring our friends too!

We had such a great time there. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. There are several escape rooms in the area I have been to. This escape room is one of the best places. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing time! The staff were so nice and accommodating! The room itself was very well designed and thought out, which made it an engaging and rewarding experience. Recommend the matrix room, it was the perfect amount of challenging and fun!

Great overall experience. A cool facility, near bus stops. There are four really cool game room options. We did the Vegas one and it was super fun. It was a great escape room that made a big family work together making for: fun, mystery, teamwork, cooperation, a little scare, some frustrations, but in the end, enjoyment and achievement. The staff makes your experience really fun being: kind, helpful, giving you hints, explaining all the rules and making sure you feel comfortable and prepared for your experience. If you want a real, difficult, puzzling, mysterious and hard-working experience; this is the place. Shout out to Karl for his amazing explanation and help to us!
